Omar and his wife Lama started the chocolate business in 2006 as a home based business in Bedford, Nova Scotia, Canada. As the business grew and the customer base increased, it was time to expand and to get exposed to the outer world. The talk of opening a coffee shop and a gourmet chocolate shop as a partnership evolved in early 2011 and the dream came to fruition in October 19, 2011 when Rami (Lama's Brother) joined the team.

The shop is currently located at 1360 Lower Water Street, Halifax, Canada.
